The Partnership, Aging and Disability Business Institute, and Camden Coalition hosted a webinar, Building Your Blueprint: Effective Governance for Community Care Hubs, featuring new resources and a panel of CCH leaders sharing their experiences building out governance models for their hubs.

Partnership to Align Community Care stakeholders developed guidance to help inform Community Care Hubs as they consider governance models. In collaboration with USAging's Aging and Disability Business Institute, the Camden Coalition, and Harvard Law School Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation, the Partnership published a series of resources to guide CCHs in establishing effective committees, charters, and bylaws.

Attendees heard from CCH leaders about building out governance structures for their hub, learned about the process to develop and charter effective committees for governance, the various CCH legal structures that exist, and major components of a freestanding CCH's bylaws, and received new resources focused on helping CCHs establish governance models for their hubs.
