The Florida Community Health Worker (CHW) Coalition and Partnership to Align Community Care hosted an educational webinar focused on designing, implementing, supervising, and supporting CHW, Care Navigation, and Certified Peer Support Specialist programs.
The webinar featured subject matter experts from Freedmen's Health Consulting and the Center for Health and Social Care Integration (CHaSCI) at RUSH University Medical Center and provided actionable strategies for leveraging Medicare payment opportunities to address upstream drivers of health.
