Join the Partnership

As a national learning and action network, the Partnership aims to formalize our membership base and to recognize the important cross-sector contributions to past, current, and future work.

We also want to welcome those who are interested in getting involved and sharing experience and perspective toward advancing shared goals.

Members are the backbone of the Partnership—contributing to a supportive learning community, documenting best practices, and advancing CCH maturity and sustainability.

There is no cost to join! 

‍Benefits of Partnership Membership:

• Public recognition of Partnership participation and contribution to the Partnership
• Receipt of regular newsletter, updates, and action alerts from peers, sector leaders, and subject matter experts
• Eligibility to serve on the P2ACC Steering Committee and/or ad-hoc or standing work groups
• Invitation to participate in quarterly P2ACC meetings and annual membership summit
