Finding the Best Fit: Examining Legal and Contracting Structures for Your Community Care Hub

November 20, 2025

Partnership to Align Community Care stakeholders developed guidance to help inform Community Care Hubs as they consider governance models. In collaboration with the Center for Health and Research Transformation and Camden Coalition, the Partnership published a brief, The Community Guide to Selecting a Legal and Contracting Structure for a Community Care Hub, that aims to help organizations determine the most appropriate legal and contracting structure for their hub.

The Partnership and Camden Coalition hosted a webinar, Finding the Best Fit: Examining Legal and Contracting Structures for Your Community Care Hub, featuring this new resource and a panel of CCH leaders speaking to the considerations that went into structuring their hubs.

Attendees learned about the four primary options for a new CCH’s legal and contracting structure, gained clarity on the key considerations for each model, including launch time, startup costs, degree of multi-stakeholder control, and potential for conflicts of interest, heard from CCH leaders about the internal deliberations and processes they undertook to select their specific legal structure, and received a new resource focused on helping your team analyze and choose the best-fit legal structure that aligns with your hub’s capacities, priorities, relationships, and goals.
