For the first time, CMS is proposing a Medicare Part B payment pathway for health and well-being coaching that names community-based organizations (CBOs) and community care hubs (CCHs).

But, the provisions are draft, not final, and the window to shape the CY 2027 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule proposed rule closes September 14, 2026.
